The most helpful vets I've ever been to. Everyone treats your pets like their own. We're so thankful that we found them!

I like the vets at this clinic and I like how convenient the location is.

But

I really struggle with the front desk staff. Here’s the thing: I’m not a perfect dog parent but I’m doing the best I can. My dogs have their required shots; they’re both neutered and we’ve been working with a trainer for the last few months because one of my dogs has a huge fear of men. My biggest issue is that sometimes I’m late on getting their shots or I have to reschedule. The reality is that both my dogs are healthy and happy and I try my best to do right by them.

There is one front desk staff in particular, whose name I don’t know, who is very rude and condescending. She has scolded me for rescheduling appointments and her tone makes me feel like I’m a terrible person. It is anxiety-inducing to even call to make an appointment because if she answers the call, I cringe. I have gone other places to get their shots and get neutered because I can’t handle her attitude.

I take my dogs here because I know the quality of care the vets provide but they either need to better train their front desk staff or find better staff. I shouldn’t be feeling like crying after I get off the phone with her.

Millie loves her vet! 💕 I am so glad we chose this vet when we first got our puppy last year. We moved about 25 minutes away but still come here because no other vet compares to them.

Dr. Young is amazing and really did save our dogs life by taking the time to figure out what was wrong with her. We really appreciated that she didn’t run any unnecessary, costly tests, only what she thought would give us answers and did them one step at a time.

They are very responsive and flexible. It gives me a piece of mind knowing I can call/email them with any concerns and know I’ll get a quick reply. Every doctor and technician here are so caring and I couldn’t ask for anything better for my fur baby!

North Kenilworth is the best vet we have ever been to! They are so good with our animals (a dog and a cat) - they obviously care deeply about the well-being of our fur-babies, and they are open and honest about any costs that might be associated with their care. Our cat recently had dental work, and the doctor called us on a Saturday, from their home, to make sure that she had recovered okay and wasn't having any side effects from the medication. That's a level of service that I hadn't expected, but am incredibly grateful for.

Great care for all of our dogs. Dr. Holmes and staff are the best I've worked with in many years. We always come back for care!
