“Service above and beyond! I had a couple of issues (track for the seat cushion was not latched and cracked tab on one of the arms) with a Herman Miller chair that was shipped to me from NYC and brought it into the warehouse on Friday. To manage expectations, Martin (Warehouse Service contact) told me that if they need/have the parts in the warehouse, it would be ready on Monday. And if not, they would need to order the parts which could take 4-6 weeks. As promised on Monday, the track on the seat cushion was fixed. And to save me another 20+ minutes each way trip, Martin and his manager came up with a solution to resolve the cracked tab on the arm. Additionally, being new in Phoenix, my Waze navigation sent me to the wrong location when i went to drop of the chair and Brian, the service coordinator, stayed on the phone and helped me navigate my way to the warehouse. Thank you so much Martin, Martin’s manager and Brian for a providing fantastic customer experience!”

“Great place to get QUALITY Work Done on My Mercedes and BMW. Been here three different times and always have the same great experience. These guys know the cars and are Not guessing the answers like so many other places these days. I could tell right away when I dropped off the car. I’m describing the problem and they KNOW already. Basically describing my own issue back to me without me explaining. Really confidence inspiring. Got my car back right on time , communicated with me so I could plan my day. Great bank for the buck and they use original parts. I asked and they showed them to me. I’m sure there are cheaper repair shops around but German Auto is the best Value. We did save money here too. I will be back here with all three of our Mercedes and BMW.”

“This place has a great vibe, lovely outdoor seater and inside is very spacious. A lot of variety on the menu which is great. It was tough to make a select because everything looked so good. I went with the Sticky Bun, it was very filling great taste but over priced. I think this should be a side that some one can add on. It was valued to high for what you get. The skillet seemed to be the way to go. My friends really enjoyed the skillet and you get a good amount of food with variety. I would definitely come back to try more items on the menu. Just was a solid service all around. Excited to try something else on the menu. Coffee was great too. Just gives me hometown breakfast place vibes and I love it.”

“I was very pleased with Mr. Keller and the work that he did with my son's special needs trust. Even after the special needs trust was created my sons insurance needed specific documents which Mr. Keller had no problem creating so my son would not lose his benefits. As for the family member that has posted a negative review, I invite my family member and all people that will read this to remember that humans make mistakes. I would like to highlight that mistakes were made but they were corrected. All humans can make mathematical errors , but Mr. Keller corrected it. “The chicken teriyaki was a good meal for the kids to split. Can’t beat a Sapporo drink. The sushi rolls were all fresh and well put together but there was nothing unique about them. I have tasted those flavors plenty of times before. Nice little sushi spot though and you likely won’t be disappointed.”

“Great slice(s) of pizza at a great price. The sauce tasted fresh and the cheese was great quality somewhere between too little and too much. It was the perfect amount for me. This is a vegetarian place, so keep that in mind. Still, I enjoyed it a lot and will come back when I want a quick slice and a can of soda (no fountain).”

Barry & Travis are great guys. They even schooled me on different fabrics & suit types for particular situations. To make short of this review I will say I recommend this shop before any in Phoenix.
