I wasn't happy with the late evening appointment but it made for a very short wait and a quick, professional, and hassle free service. The pre-registration meant that I didn't have to sit in the lobby filling out forms but the website itself was very frustrating to use with my phone and I finally had to switch to my computer to use it. The actual service was a 5-star but the website only a 3-star rating.

First and foremost, I was a nervous wreck! I’m terrified of close confined spaces and didn’t know what to expect. Your Techs were AWESOME! The CT scanner was so reassuring and comforting. The male tech was equally empathetic and supportive! I found myself emotional and anxious but your staff made my day as pleasant as could be. Having a new cancer diagnosis is frightening enough, the cherry on top was Ms. Amber. Who saw I was in a bad state moved her lunch to get me in so all my procedures (3) were synchronized and completed all my scans. I just want to thank them so much! I truly appreciated their compassion and professionalism. Leaps and Bounds ahead of the rest! Thank you!

Friendly staff, very clean facility and I loved that their MRI machine was bigger than the first one I visited at a different facility! Service was quick and I didn’t have to wait long. I did make it a point that my appointment was on a Sunday in the morning to avoid too many people in the lobby. Which points out another reason I would recommend this place; they’re open seven days a week and on week days, they’re open till 10!

The facility was clean and the temperature was comfortable, all employees were very nice and professional. The tech that was doing my MRI scan made me feel comfortable and safe, she helped me carry my belongings from one room to another as I had to use a cane to walk. She gave me ear plugs and ear muffs for the noise. I would truly recommend coming here to get your scans or Ex-rays done here.
