On two separate occasions, one of which while the AC was out, she was able to balance assisting us with our printing needs (we were a bit unprepared and all over the place) while also serving at least 10-15 other customers who popped in there during that time. Could not have been more thankful for her assistance and will definitely be back for any future printing!
