Very nice front office services .. I interacted with Keana and she was very helpful and tried all possible ways to avail insurance services. She also explained frame and lenses and it’s cost in detailed. Definitely visit again.

Michelle saved my vacation trip! I called her office earlier this week desperately seeking help as I forgot to pack contacts for my PHX trip... her office answered my call on the first ring and with great empathy she called me back with great news that they had my prescription in stock! I was beyond relieved and absolutely blown away with the service and care given to me by her office when I stopped by to pick them up! I made sure to recommend NVEC to my mother-in-law and her neighbors who live just down the road from the office to see Michelle for exceptional service at their next eye care visit.

Justin and Michelle are both AWESOME. I have been a patient before they moved to this location. I was very happy when they moved to the north valley, because I live in the area. I have been a patient for over 10 years with no plans to change. They are very detailed, transparent, gentle, and welcoming. They explain everything and answers all questions honestly. They are second to none with technology. The staff is very patient and super nice and sweet. I like that fact that they are like a little family. It's nice to see that they have dedicated staff members and seeing a familiar face on every visit makes my appointment that much special. North Valley Eye Care is SECOND TO NONE! If you need eye care, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
