I searched google for a personal injury lawyer and was not let down at all by Courtney D. Lorentz, one of the attorneys who work for the firm. She was been responsive with every question I have asked a truly cared about making sure I received a fair settlement. After hearing all of the horror stories from other and other large accident firms I feel blessed to have found a great attorney. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone and anyone.

Overall, a good firm. They are very knowledgable and do get the job done. This was the first accident I had ever been involved in. The attorney that I worked with was Andrew Thiery. He was able to answer any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. I am happy with the overall outcome but do have a couple things to point out. Communication could've been a little bit better. I had to periodically check in during the demand/negotiation process or would not hear anything for weeks. Sometimes things would come to a halt for several months, which would make feel a little uneasy, but, eventually they would get done. Also, the negotiations could've been done better. I personally had to press for a higher amount, and I still pretty much broke even, with pain and suffering included, even though I was found to be not guilty for the accident.

I’ve dealt with a couple other accident firms before, and not a single one has come anywhere close to as professional and communicative as this firm. These lawyers are absolutely amazing. Not only was my case handled quickly, but it was also handled with the utmost professionalism. My lawyers (Justin McKay & Amanda Ruiz) always contacted me with any, and all updates with my case. If I ever had any questions they would respond to my emails within a matter of an hour or two (vs previous attorneys who would take weeks to respond at times). Throughout the entire process they updated me on what I should expect next, and how long it will take. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

This is my first lawsuit that i have ever filed. I went through a few attorney offices before calling Goodnow. From the initial screening of my case they walked me through the entire process. Even got my name right lol. Which others didn't even after i corrected them through the call. Which is very important to me. Especially handling a case like mines. Chris worked with me through out my entire case. Answered any questions i had in a timely manner. Was available when i called with questions or updates. I appreciate everything that they have done for me. Great Job. Would definitely recommend

My case was very complex, Courtney maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. She interfaced with all parties concerned, which relieved the stress of having to deal with Insurance adjusters who are just after a quick and minimal resolution.
