(September 9, 2020, 7:47 pm)They’re amazing!!!! I called and spoke to Adam who was super helpful. I recently had a major back surgery and needed a rollator to help me get around post-op. However, my injury is work related and therefore everything has to go through workers compensation, which is a hassle/nightmare 99% of the time. But Adam and Sunrise made the process so incredibly easy. After speaking with him, I called my surgeons office to have them fax the order for the rollator over. Within 30 mins, Adam notified me they received the order and asked what color rollator I’d like. He then informed me that it would be delivered to my house in less than 48hrs!!! Fantastic and compassionate customer service!!! If you’re a work comp patient and need medical supplies, Sunrise is your place! Thank you so much for the outstanding service!
