  This review is for Julie Goldammer who just helped me purchase a home for the second time. Julie is extremely knowledgeable and professional in how she handles her business. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that the home buying process is smooth and always has plan B & plan C in her back pocket to ensure a deal doesn't fall through. She refers to herself as Aunt Julie because she truly treats you as if you were family - with her clients best interest at heart. I cannot express how wonderful it is to work with Julie in the home buying process, and I am confident in the selling process as well. Thank you Julie for another successful home purchase and for your professionalism, I'm eternally grateful!!

  Desert Fairways realtor, Sharri Weinberg, was more than we could have ever asked for. As first time homebuyers, Sharri provided us with guidance, knowledge and ultimately our first home. Sharri is an incredible realtor with a great spirit. We are so happy in our new home all thanks to her. Highly recommend!!

  When my husband and I sold our home sooner than expected, we found ourselves needing to quickly find not just one new house but two--as my in-laws, who had lived on our previous property with us, would also need to move into a separate house at the same time. Teri Sarmiento, owner of Desert Fairways Realty, worked diligently to find us two new homes that met all of our desired criteria, and she successfully coordinated simultaneous closings between all the properties within a month! Teri Sarmiento is a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient professional; she made our entire house-hunting and purchasing experience enjoyable and as stress-free as can be!

  I will never work with another realtor. Teri is fabulous from beginning to end and had our best interest #1 always. She knows many "in's & outs" of the process and has superb negotiating skills. I highly recommend her - you will never use another agent to sell or buy a home!!
