Fresh ingredients always makes for a better meal. And I've been happy with what we've ordered lately. Also, the wait time has definitely improved from how long it always took in the past.
Yesterday evening, I had one of those late night T-Bell cravings that you all know. After reading the numerous recent one-star reviews for the Taco Bell on Overland and Cole Road (closer to my apartment), I opted to visit the location on Eagle Rd. I was rewarded with Justin, an enthusiastic young man who made my order process fun and professional and a crew of young people who provided me with some hot food that tasted fresh and were rolled tight enough to eat in the car without having to worry about them opening up. Excellent experience that has redeemed many less-than-optimal experiences at other Taco Bell locations. While this location was out of my way, I will be making the trip out that direction when possible thanks to this great service and HOT food!
It was very dirty but great customer service
I went in to get postcard stamps and there were two people being helped with three in front of me. I was in here for about 10 minutes and that was all. Ryan was fast, efficient, and apologetic for the wait. Happy with my service!
Window clerks at this location are fantastic. They are very helpful and always do a good job serving customers.
I always go to this post office and they always deliver great service. Anybody who is going to complain about the wait times has unrealistic expectations. I’ve never been to a post office in a major city that consistently has super short wait times. Even the post office on Evans in Scottsdale has a slightly larger staff, but their lines are really long too. It is what it is and they move along pretty quickly and they are always courteous and helpful
