Top notch customer service and going above and beyond! Jason (the manager I spoke to) and Edmund (the technician who replaced my battery) are both stellar.

Johnathan and Tom are the greatest. They were able to get me in same day for a battery replacement and gave me a coupon for a free oil change, tire, rotation, vehicle inspection and car wash from Borst Automotive. Even better, Borst was a wonderful company to work with.

Jonathan came to the rescue when I called AAA for a battery problem. He got to my location so quick. Then he diagnosed and changed out my battery. He was very confident, professional and friendly. Thanks Jonathan for a great experience. I will definitely use Phoenix Battery Service in the future!
