I met Katie in a grocery store, I asked her what she did for fitness and she told me she was a coach. I have never worked with a trainer before and while I can get motivated to do cardio, I just can't get myself to do weights. But as I get older I know that lifting weights is crucial to health! So I started to work with Katie and I am so happy I made the choice to do it! She is clearly very knowledgeable and seems focused on my total health. We incorporated some mobility into the workouts which has really helped my flexibility and balance. The workouts are challenging but not so hard that I talk myself out of doing them. I highly recommend working with Katie as your trainer! I feel myself getting stronger each week.
Katie is sincere in her desire to empower people to live healthier, stronger lives and she has the expertise to equip her clients to do so. If you are dealing with pain, have injuries or just plain hate working out, Katie will make sure she finds a program that is catered to you and your success. I cannot recommend her enough.
Katie has been the best find since sliced bread with butter. I am a 56 year old female whose weight has gotten away from me. I have never been a fan of exercise and can honestly say I would rather be fat than hang out in public gym. Katie’s non-judgement business model is perfect for someone that is wanting to put some positive healthy movement into their life style. She comes up with exercise plans that fit within my skill level, life style and lack of attitude to get me back on track to looking and feeling better about myself. I have tried many options over the years and this is the only one I have been consistent with and actually look forward to attending the sessions. Here knowledge on muscles and body movement is impressive, I am confident the skills she is teaching me is to help create my best self.
I am so glad I found Katie online! She completed an assessment/asked about my goals, and then created a program to make me stronger, balanced and confident. It has about 10 months since we started and my body/mind are completely different. I can lift heavier, balance better and have met all of my goals so far! I really recommend Katie to anyone, and any skill level.
I spent some time doing research online trying to find the right trainer for me. I feel so lucky to have found Katie because she is exactly what I was looking for! She knows her stuff! She is great at explaining things, she pushes me beyond my comfort zone and all of my sessions are different. I love that she has incorporated my training goals with my other hobby- long distance running. I've seen great results in a short period of time and I am excited for my progress going forward.
