Dr Chrugin had seen my husband as he was having complications a year after his retina detachment surgery. Dr Churgin immediately assessed the culprit as another detached retina. Dr. Churgin scheduled surgery immediately. He did a great job and was kind, sensitive and efficient. We highly recommend Dr. Chrugin he treated us like family and gave us exceptional care.

Last week I had a light show appear in my right eye. So I sought out care from Dr. Churgin. I was able to get into see him later that same day. I had a thorough exam , which included taking a stick like instrument to my eye to get a more complete assessment .
For me that was huge, and a grand leap of faith and trust as i am extremely sensitive to just the idea of any object near my eyes.
I was pretty relaxed during the procedure with no discomfort from the probe .
All was explained in layman’s terms and he was totally reassuring throughout.

Dr Churgin saw my husband following an injury to his retina. He saw him promptly and provided my husband with the best possible care. He was very thorough and patient, and he explained my husband’s diagnosis and management plan carefully and answered all of our questions. Dr Churgin’s extensive experience and depth of knowledge are very apparent. His office has the best equipment and his technicians were very professional. In addition, the office was clean and pleasant, and the staff extremely courteous. I would recommend Dr Churgin to anyone requiring Retina care!

Dr. Churgin is not only extremely knowledgable but also showed a level of care for my eyes I haven't experienced before. I have been experiencing headaches from my glasses and overall irritation in my eyes for the past year or so. During my visit he diagnosed my condition and explained it to me, then suggested changes to my daily routine that have already made my life so much better. I feel he was very thorough in examining my eyes and asked me questions to help diagnose my condition. He listened to me and made sure I left his office with an understanding of what was happening with my eyes and a plan to treat my condition. I would recommend him to anyone. He has been extremely helpful and one of the best doctors I have ever seen.
