Will over at service is top notch and isn’t like normal guys that work in service where they’ll talk down to you or act like you don’t know what’s best for your bike. So many auto maintenance and repair places PREDATORILY capitalize on frantic customers (like myself) who cannot afford even one minute of mechanical downtime, or—even less so—the inflated costs of associated parts and labor associated with more significant repairs. NOT THESE GUYS. Jackson’s has ALWAYS treated me fairly, respectfully, and work has been consistently completed in a timely manner, usually before the promised pick-up time.
