“I went to OfficeMax after staples near my home was unable to help me with my print needs and your employees were very rude about it. I had called OfficeMax before heading down there in the woman in the print center was very polite and helpful. When I arrived she greeted me and walk me through the self-service print station. I wish I caught her name but she had really pretty long curly red hair. Thanks to her I was able to print my seven single page forms two copies each in a matter of minutes which Staples employee Jackie at the Tatum and Shea location rudely told me it was a lot of attachments and wasn’t sure if she was able to get it done today. Thanks to OfficeMax and they’re friendly staff in a matter of minutes I was out the door with my documents and very happy. I will take all my office needs to OfficeMax from now on. The employees are very friendly and happy and the store is able to take care of all your needs in a timely fashion! Thank you for the help to the lady at the print station.”

“This review isn’t about how awful Home Depot, the brand, is. The convenience of these stores is amazing. I’m grateful for a place I can shop for thousands of things without having to deal with contractors for everything. That said, today, was not a great experience. In Home Depot, you’ll either be left alone to fend for yourself with associates avoiding customers at any cost, or you’ll have five associates asking if you need help within a span of ten minutes. After saying “excuse me”, several times, an associate in the hardware/fasteners department, continued to ignore me. So, I tried to squeeze past him and bumped into the two carts he had positioned in the middle of the aisle. I said “I’m so sorry!” He didn’t hesitate even a minute to tell me he would have been finished in five minutes and I could have waited. After I brushed off the incident, he perpetuated the situation by asking me if someone I knew died or what my emergency was. I ignored the associate and continued to the check out. Customer service training is a vital part of creating a consumer friendly atmosphere. We don’t need fifty hellos or credit card offers, but respect would be ideal.”
