NuVision Auto Glass

These guys are amazing. Extremely friendly, polite and professional to make replacing my windshield easy. Every employee who’ve I communicated with has gone above and beyond. Starting with Robyn who is extremely helpful in getting you all set up with your insurance details and making sure they comply with your needs. Vanessa, who is on top of communicating with you in scheduling your install and providing updates of eta. To the install team who works quick (*and may I mention wear masks!) All in all, can’t recommend this place enough!

When I first called, I was connected to Chuck, and he was very helpful while also being very personable while helping me make an appointment. I was also helped by Vanessa. She is a delight to talk to on the phone and proved to be just as helpful as Chuck. The tech that came out even helped me out because I didn't have a key for him to get in. Not a problem for these guys (they do call to confirm that its ok to take out the windshield without the key before they do the job) 100% going back if I need to. Super helpful, personable, and professional. Its like I made a friend in the auto glass industry!

I reached out to NuVision by text when my SUV was hit by a rock and cracked the windshield and my advisor Jori got back with me very quickly. He did an incredible job with setting up my windshield replacement for my 2010 Mazda Tribute. There were features that my original windshield didn't have and he noted what I was looking for. He set up my appointment to suit my schedule and got me to an insurance claims specialist to handle my insurance covering the cost. The new glass came out as scheduled and it had all the features I wanted. It was all handled very professionally and very friendly and was smooth as silk. Jori did an awesome job and NuVision is where I'm always going for my car glass issues and I'm letting my friends know about them too. Thanks for everything!

Vanessa was so great to work with! Very knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and answered all of my questions! Whenever we’ve replaced our windshields, we’ve always bounced around between companies. Now that we’ve found NuVision, we’ll be sticking around!
The technicians also did a wonderful job on replacing our windshield! They called with an ETA, answered my calls, and were very efficient as they did the dirty work out in this Arizona heat! Great job guys!!

Overall very very happy! The person who came out and did my windshield was very professional very friendly and did a great job on my sons windshield. The only drawback that I found using this company from start to finish was that they outsource the scheduling and the talking of the insurance to a foreign call center but I guess if they have to do that to save money so be it. Overall very pleased five star rating will use again for sure
