Great customer service! I just bought a house in the summer and I needed carpet, and they had a wide variety of choices.

Due to a house flood and some complications with Mohawk carpeting, we were in need of quality carpet and fast. After visiting Home Depot, Lowes, other small carpet businesses, we were recommended by one of the workers in our house to try out this place. Now, I"m gonna be 100% honest....we were driving up to the carpet place (which was quite a drive from where we live) and I was skeptical of what kind of carpet place this was going to be. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! This place was AWESOME! The guy who helped us (wish I knew his name-nice young guy) was so patient, answered all of our questions and even gave us a large piece of carpet to take home as a sample (not just the small swatch). We love our carpet and we are so glad that we stopped by!

Stopped in on a "drive by" to get a small piece of carpet for a balcony at home and was delighted to be met with concise helpful information and options in 5 minutes!! Super helpful, no bologna & a fair price. I'd have them look at a larger project if the situation arises. On a sentimental note: I grew up in this neighborhood and may have a bias for local firms...
