Exceptional area coverage of inside, garage, and property. Service personnel were polite and very concerned to meet my bug issues. Most thorough I've ever had and I've been in the Valley 46 years!!

Had a return visit for more scorpions and Randy did a great job. As expected, a few emerged but were near death. Thanks, Randy and Moxie for a job well done.

2/21 Back to Moxie and thorough service with Matthew covering inside and outside, getting rid of the scorpions, and cleaning the rafters. I am so glad, and relieved, when Moxie comes to my house!

5/21 So glad Moxie covered both the outside and inside of my home to get rid of the scorpions. They seem to arrive within the same week!! Andrew and Jason were terrific, friendly and very thorough. Send them next time!!

Moxie exceeds our expectations regarding quality service rendered, as well as outstanding customer relations, each and every time they come here. Aside from the scheduled visits, when I have seen an influx of scorpions or other bugs in between services, they are always quick to respond and come out within a couple days of my request.

Ethan was our tech. We have had him several times and as usual, he gave us fantastic service. He is always very thorough and never ever rushes the job. We appreciate his work.

And if you ever need cheering, just call and speak to one of their representatives over the phone. In over 10 years of us using them, I have never been greeted by a rude or disinterested rep. The women on the phone are bubbly, cheery, and absolutely pleasant to talk to. Sometimes I wish I could talk to them longer. That is how comfortable to conversations are.

Moxie gives customer service beyond what you would expect. We are so pleased with their work, and would (and do to all our friends) HIGHLY recommend you give them a try.

Update: We continue to receive stellar service from Moxie. Landon came out on Oct 3 and was very friendly and provided awesome suggestions to help protect our home. He was thorough and efficient. Thank you Landon and thanks again moxie for your fantastic employees.

Another good experience with Brett C. We had missed our original appointment during the week and they scheduled one that weekend. Brett came out and was very helpful he got the front yard, backyard, replaced all the traps, and gave us a full report and his recommendations. Thanks for your excellent customer service.
