Mountain Park Health Center Baseline Clinic

I'm impressed and very satisfied with Mountain Park Health Center. Their communication on upcoming appointments, lab results, referrals, etc is on point and thorough. The staff are friendly and genuine...and I couldn't ask for a better PA!

I arrived 15-10 min before my appointment and I didn't wait long to be seen. I was treated respectfully and asked about all my concerns which were addressed accordingly. The nurses and doctors are attentive and courteous. The place is clean and well maintained.

This doctors office is best office I have ever been too. The facility is a one stop shop. You can see a doctor and get Meds and blood work done too. And the staff are the most loving and caring and the MD who helped me Erika the MD. I can’t put a price tag on how much she helped me. I got more of that MD then I did out of doctor i had for 7 years. I got more out of it in one day then 7 years. I would recommend this office to my co-workers also.

South Mountain Park Medical was a really great place to start my healthcare plan. The facility was nice clean and everyone was nice and helpful. I will enjoy receiving care from my doctor. She was patient and knowledgeable and thorough. I was not rushed with my appointment and she took her time with my visit.

We absolutely love Dr Lopez. If you're looking for care with a Physician that truly cares about the health of your precious little ones, this is the place, this is the Doctor. She listened to our concerns and genuine wants to find the root of the cause, and a solution.
She's very knowledgeable in pediatric care and she's always following up with care or she has a team member do so. She's always on time to our appointments and doesn't hesitate to get paperwork completed or sent out to the schools for proper care. She explains all next steps of care, the girls explain billing well, and the prescriptions for the children are always sent in correctly.

Forever grateful! Good Healthcare is so hard to come by these days. We are blessed to be a part of this network of outstanding Providers and Staff!
