“The new manager, Ally, and her team are wonderful!! Had a car accident just before the driveway into the car wash and she and her team, hearing the crash, ran out to help push the car as far as possible out of traffic which ended up blocking the driveway. Ally and a team member diverted traffic waiting for the flatbed tow truck and endured impatient unsympathetic customers while AAA dragged the now 3 wheeled sedan onto the flatbed. Forever grateful for Ally and her team at Francis & Sons for their empathy, support and beverages!!”

“I would happily live at this complex... great floor plans, tons of green space... a dog park... multiple pools... a gym... everything you need as a tenant... & super close to shopping, supermarket & restaurants as well as the bus line... you really can’t go wrong, it’s quiet & the trash cans are close enough to walk to, but not so close that you can smell them in the courtyards... my only complaint would be parking... very few spots for us visitors, & tons of unused covered parking with the risk of getting towed...”
