“Room was nice and clean and comfortable for our stay. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Walls were a bit thin and you could easily hear other guests next door but they could have been talking super loud. It was 11pm but we’re heavy sleepers so it wasn’t too bad. Only thing is that the green tree inn official website says breakfast is open until 10 when you click on the sky Harbor page and we got in late the night before so we went down at 9:30 to grab something quick to find out it closed at 9. There was no information card inside the room and we were not informed so we had to rely on the official website which was wrong and not updated. Little disappointed but other than that the room is great UPDATE: pool is also closed. No one told us. We got dressed and headed down excited to be disappointed. I work at a pool so I understand but the pool skimmer was left in the pool as if someone just gave up on it and it was kinda a let down on top of the breakfast time change”

“Initially I had an issue with website link from apple maps on my phone. So I just call the place (which can be annoying for a busy place) but someone took the call, was cool about my questions, and gave me the scoop on a chill time walking in later on. Later on, I stepped in, all the chairs were full, but I still got greeted and told I’d be helped. Cool, I feel welcomed, and everyone is friendly, also cool.. A barber's appointment canceled so a barber calls me up, the man’s name is D. He is chill but professional and he spends a solid 45-55 minutes on a fade with scissors top. He asks questions along the way to confirm tapering, square off..etc etc. The other barbers seem to be taking their time with their clients also. This is a good place I think to myself. Overall, Super Cuts just wasn’t cuttin’ it (wink wink), I’ll return to Xclusive.”

Mountainside Tours is a professional, family owned business that ensures their passengers have all the essentials such as food, chap stick, water provided on the tour etc. In addition, valuable Arizona History while on the tour. Cesar Marin has owned a successful coffee shop, Air BnB, amongst other ventures that have all been solid, respectful, and welcoming. “My name is Julie. My 73 year old mother has resided at this lovely property for the last 7 years. The grounds are maintained beautifully and employees have always been very kind and accommodating. The interior of the building is just as pretty and well kept as the exterior. The wait list was about 6 months but it was worth it. There's only been one bump in the road. A pipe burst in the apartment above. Assistance was provided quickly and we were relocated to a new apartment the same day. Outside that, it's been a great place and has served my mother very well.”
