I have never had such a comprehensive hearing exam. The staff was outstanding and the whole experience was wonderful.

Susan Schmidt, Jordan, and Miller were wonderful! I have had tinnitus for almost a year now due to a car accident and concussion. I have felt pretty hopeless about recovery, and they gave me great knowledge, information, and recommendations today. I have hope again! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they really listened to me. I felt like this was a very tailored experience and not a "one size fits all" approach. Highly recommend!!

Let me start by saying Dr. Day, is the best hands down. We went to her last year in November, for my son who was losing his hearing at the time the audiologist in Tucson, told me there was no hope for my son he should just learn sign language. As a mother to hear that kind of news was very hard but I didn't want to believe that so I did my own research out of town. Lets just say the one place I was sent to was not good at all. That's why I looked out side of Tucson, and I went to google and typed the best child audiologist in Arizona, and the one that came up was Arizona Balance & Hearing Aids. With Dr. Day, I called that same day and I spoked to Miller, and he was amazing! He not only helped me on every question I had he went above and beyond that day. With me living so far Dr. Day and Miller, made everything possible for me to have my son fitted for hearing aids that day over the phone and we picked them up that following week. When we first walked in everyone was so nice all her staff are the best they all work so well with kids.

Dr. Day, was amazing in person she was caring and so attentive to my son I LOVE her she is very hands on and she explained everything to me about what my son was going throw and what to expect. We recently went for a check up and we couldn't believe what happened but it looks like my son's hearing is getting better and he may not need to wear them for very long. Thanks to the care that Dr. Day, gave my son she is truly the BEST and I couldn't be happier with picking Arizona Balance & Hearing Aids!!! THANK YOU to all!!!
