SimonMed Imaging - Rittenhouse

Amazing, this was the first time in years that I got a mammogram and it didn’t hurt. The technician was wonderful and caring. It had been 5 years since my last mammogram because it always hurt to much. The new location is so convenient, and all staff was nice.

SimonMed on Rittenhouse is Awesome! I got there 1/2 hour early and they took me within 5 minutes. Staff are all friendly and seem to really care. I been to 3 other SimonMed facilities and this one by far is the Best! Keep up the great work and Thanks for making my time with you relaxing.

I needed a chest X-ray. The receptionist was quick and efficient. Dustin the technician was friendly, had a great sense of humor and was also very quick and efficient. I was surprised at how quickly the process went from start to finish. The facility was very very clean. I highly recommend Simon Med.

The tech was new to the office, and was half an hour late, so he arrived after I did since I had the first appointment. He was very efficient and kind once he was there, but I take the first appointments of the day when I can so that I don't have to wait. I am disabled, and spending a lot of time sitting is very painful.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and the MRI machine was easy to be in. Much roomier than the older versions.

This is absolutely the best place to get imaging done for sure! Anissa and Jesus at the front desk are some of the most helpful and genuinely friendly people you could meet. They got my paper work and check in done in a flash. Shout out to the X-ray technician as well but I didn’t catch her name. Very friendly, helpful, and professional service all around. Highly recommend this place if you’re in need of medical imaging. In and out in 15 minutes for my particular needs.
