She explained how my son's boot should fit, how to care for them and helped him make a selection he can't stop smiling about. We planned on looking at several stores but once Shelli Rae talked with us, we knew we lucked out on our first choice and the exceptional service wouldn't be beat if we went to a hundred different stores. I'm so pleased.
