Every step about this experience has been great. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The office is beautiful and clean and the RESULTS speak for themselves (cool sculpting). I found Dr. Gerrish and team to be supremely professional and the results even beyond what they described or what I could have hoped for. I’m so glad that I found them. The communication by Dr. Gerrish, Cheryl Schaaf and Melissa Monroe was very clear - about results to be expected, process and pricing. They made sure that I felt good and comfortable every step of the way, and what options I could choose. Each of them was highly informative, yet not salesy. They’re very respectful. Best of all though is the results. What they offer in non-surgical options - I’m amazed at the quality of what they achieve. (I’m almost reluctant to let others know about this team and how good they are because I’d like to keep them as a secret weapon.)
