Amazing customer service and pride in their craftsmanship!! This was my daughters first prom dress alteration and she is very shy and reserved. The lady that worked with her explained everything as she went and put her at ease. Can’t say enough good things about this business. And they did a great job!

I had a last minute alteration for a dress I would be wearing to a wedding (as a guest) and Nadya immediately put me at ease and made my business feel welcome. Her and her husband's pleasant demeanor and customer service was by far unparalleled, and when it came to pricing Nadya was forthright and provided options.

Most in her trade would look for a way to mark up the work and profit more, but Nadya was honest. She provided me with an easy, cost effective option for what would give me the end result I was looking for in my dress (a quick one time use fix), and then a more expensive but end all solution where I would not lose the authenticity of my vintage gown.
She was detailed in explaining my options, how each would differ the usage of my dress in the long run, and was so very fair on the pricing.

I will return for more alterations from Nadya both in the coming months from now, and as a lifetime customer.
