My 1st impression with Lesley Vann on the phone with excellent, our phone call made me comfortable and I promised to contact Lesley upon arriving in Arizona. I asked Lesley to show me several properties and then decided upon one. Learning there was already an offer, Lesley was able to catapult my offer to the top. She strategically positioned my offer to gain immediate attention and endorsement. The seller was then able to accept my offer. That was hurdle number one. During the inspection, Lesley's expertise and leverage protected my needs assuring I would both save money, receive top value and receive ample repair compensation from the seller. After the inspection Lesley continued to work with the vendors and other parties to assure an on time closing. We were dealing with out of state owners, and Lesley was there with and for me the whole time; in fact those sellers actually called Lesley to assure we were going to make this deal work. While many would have considered the other agent to be an obstacle, Lesley's superior diplomacy, tact and negotiation absolutely cemented the deal. She was efficient, always responsive, kind yet savvy and always strategically riveted to deliver my highest and best outcome during this process.
