I didn't catch the gentleman's name but one of the employees here helped me change my tire when I got a flat. Didn't even asked for help and turned down cash I wanted to at least give him as beer money. If I ever have to send someone to get furniture, it will be this place cause of the customer service alone. I couldn’t let his good deed go unnoticed.

Great products, high quality, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I originally ordered on line, then went to the store. I suggest going to the store. I worked with their Design Guide Ashley, who knows the products inside and out. She reconfigured my order and everything turned out exactly the way I wanted. The delivery team was professional and on time. I am very pleased with the quality of service received and highly recommend Paddy O Furniture!

These guys have the BEST customer service! I was exchanging cusions for a different color when my battery cable snapped leaving me stranded in the parking lot! Mitch brought out his tools and jury rigged the cable so I could get home. I told him this can't be in his job description and he said "but customer service is!" Love this place!
