We have been going to JD's to service our cars for many years now. They are a rare find in the automotive repair business. They are honest, never try to upsale and very reasonably priced. The owner Jeff is very professional and always goes the extra mile for us. Highly recommend you have your autos serviced with them!

Just moved to Phoenix. JD doesn't "need" another good review :) but then they were so good I thought I would write one anyway. I used to work on my car myself but no longer have the time. I am very picky about what I want done and like a shop that discusses options very clearly with you. JD was amazing and gave me quick, HONNEST, top quality service. Changed my oil, man. trans. fluid with OE fluid, suggested I don't replace the brake/clutch fluid because it still looked good, chose some top quality after market brake pads with me and agreed to keep the old rotors based on their condition. All the work was done in 2h after that and the price was right. It warms my heart to see good businesses like his, especially here in AZ where it sometimes feels like a lot of people want your money.

I drive from Prescott to go to JDs Automotive. Several shops have left me disappointed and tried to oversell on other things I knew my car never needed. With JDs I know I never have to second guess anything Jeff recommends to me - he's honest, they're quick, they're awesome. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby!!!

Just discovered JD's and I'm glad I did! They did a very nice clean job replacing the lower window trim pieces on all four doors of my civic and saved me a ton of money over what the dealership wanted for the job. Not to mention they were fast, efficient, and friendly. What a great auto shop! Thank you JD's I will definitely be back!

Jeff and his team are first rate. They stand by their work and you never have to worry you are being “sold” something you don’t need. Jeff is straight forward and honest and in my experience, his pricing will beat any competitor. Unlike some other places I have taken my vehicles to, they treat your property with respect. You won’t find grease or dirt all over your exterior, seats, or steering wheel. The car won’t smell like smoke and his shop and employees always look very clean and presentable. I have lots of friends that use JD’s and none of us have ever had a bad experience. Give Jeff and his crew a chance, you won’t be disappointed.
