  Our family had an awesome time in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Great mountain bike rental! We took the guide’s advice on the path to take and trekked out with our 10 year old boys and 7 year old daughter. They did fantastic on the trail he recommended which included some great scenic stops. Made our experience that much more picture perfect. So glad we called REI, thanks so much!

  I rented road bikes for 2 days and MTB for one day on my recent trip to Scottsdale. This is the second time I have rented here and on both occasions, my experience far exceeded expectations. The staff, including absolutely everyone working there, are tremendous. They are all helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to make your experience a good one. I highly recommend them.

  Ben was an amazing guide and had a great sense of humor. We had a couple different levels of riders in our family and Ben managed to accommodate all of our riding levels. Everybody had a great time(and nobody got hurt!) I would definitely take another tour with REI and I would ask for Ben Papps as a guide.

  my wife and i booked a half day hike + half day kayak with this outfit. They did a fantastic job, a home run. They chose a great location for our hike in Tonto, tough up and down, some gnarly terrain but a great challenge and rewarding to get it done, a real sense of accomplishment. They provided us with two excellent guides, Owen and Missy which was perfect, a ying/yang guide combo. After a great morning hike, they supplied a hearty and yummy lunch, then kayak Lower Salt River. A nice peaceful way to wrap up the day. Loved the trip, I want to move to Arizona. I highly recommend this outfit.

  Fantastic shop, with great service and great rental bikes. We rented higher end bikes for the half iron man race in Tempe and the bikes were great for the race. Service went above and beyond as the tech put a bike rack on our rental car even though the car did not have the required bumper, but they figured it out and made it work. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the great service!!!!!!!
