Maura has a fabulous studio and along with Kim they offer group and private training for anyone looking to get into shape with extremely careful social distancing measures. Their knowledge of pilates and private instruction best for each individual is phenomenal. And they make everything "fun". I highly recommend this studio.

Whether you've never taken pilates before or you're at expert level Maura offers classes for everyone as well as all age ranges!!! She makes working out beneficial and fun! I've noticed a huge difference my body sculpting (which is what we all want) since coming to her studio. I've tried other studios around the valley which do NOT compare. Maura & Kim are by far THE GREATEST, MOST EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS EVER! Both have numerous certifications. Additionally, they make you feel so comfortable, welcomed and always introduce you to everyone which I love. I've never felt so good in my life thanks to them, and they're always changing up the exercises so you're constantly working all areas of the body. No class is ever the same, so it's exciting!
