The manager at this facility was very curtious and helpful. The facilities were also clean and kept up. I would definitely recommend this place.

Herb proved very helpful! Herb has a kind and gentle presence, something you don't find a lot of these days. He assisted me in getting several units lined up, even called the staff at another location to help drill a faulty lock for me when I needed it in a pinch!

We needed a larger unit, and it was so very easy to do. We’ve been with Life Storage for 5+ years and always have had a positive experience. The staff is awesome.

We could not have had a better experience with storage than LifeStorage. Its clean, well-lit space is easy to navigate, staff are knowledgable and readily available when needed and the van rental was a great perk and much needed. There are so many storage facilities in our area (new tampa/ wesley chapel, FL) and we have used four others before. This one is by far the best. Highly recommend. Herb and Whitney really know what theyre doing and are very helpful.

The staff was all around outstanding, from both of the kind and caring ladies at the front desk to the technician Carrie and Dr Kitchen. Thank you for taking care of our baby girl Kit Kat.

Everyone here was so incredibly nice and took amazing care of my cat! I was struggling to get her in to a vet near us for a urinary issue and AH @ Grayhawk was recommended to me by a family member. They were able to get my cat in the next day for an appointment and I was so happy with the level of care.

Words can’t explain how great this place is! I take my pup Bruno there and there isn’t another place I would ever take him! Dr.Kitchen is amazing and is always so helpful, I was lucky enough to bump into her through my job and I can say she herself is an amazing human being as well. The whole staff in general is amazing and so nice! Would recommend this place 10/10 times to anyone!

My experience could not have been better. As a new client I was nervous about leaving my dog at curbside (although very appreciative of Covid precautions), but every single person I encountered was knowledgeable, comforting, listened and most importantly treated my dog wonderfully. Dr. Kitchen even took the time to come out and introduce herself and answer any and all questions I had. Everyone is wonderful and I am very thankful to have found such a caring, professional place to take my "baby". Thank you!
