Everyone was more than gracious, helpful and highly qualified--------from owner to on-site technicians to office staff!!! I had many questions regarding the replacement of two new HVAC units plus the need of a new entry to the attic. These were all resolved in a timely fashion.. Much gratitude to JR Perkins from a very satisfied customer.!!!

(August 6, 2019, 10:39 am)Blair, after a 10 hour work day took my after hours call without a complaint. We discussed what was not working, and in less than an hour he was working on my heat pump. Blair diagnosed the problem, we agreed on a course of action for a fair price. 30 minutes later the house started to cool down Thanks Blair and J R Perkins.

(July 1, 2019, 5:54 pm)They installed 3 units to my house! Thank God, just before it got really hot. Now I can’t even tell that it is hot until I go outside! The new units are working perfectly. The install went very smoothly. No problems. Anyone could see that the technicians knew what they were doing AND they want us to be happy with their work. Well, mission accomplished for them - We are happy!
