(December 12, 2019, 8:57 am)If this were a stand alone restaurant in Old Town there would be a line every night. We don't usually use terms like 'bargain' when describing Flemings or Capital Grill, but I'll be bold and say Cholla deserves it ... you just have to get past the lingering smells-like-filtered-smoke in the casino to get to the restaurant. The staff may not exactly have the flare of Flemings, but they do a great job of acting the part. For half the price you get twice the service, great a complete menu of steaks and sides. We and another couple both has the chateaubriand cooked to golden perfection, $45 for two(!!) AND includes two sides. I love that they brought the steak out on a wood board to show the progress. Good wine selection, all less than $50 a bottle. One of the extra side we had was lobster mashed potatoes, served in a small cast iron pot, hot and flavorful. We'll be back.

(September 28, 2019, 2:27 am)Exceptional meals served by top notch staff that work together to create an awesome dining experience each and every time. The "you're in the middle of a casino" feel is gone once you enter the restaurant. Highly recommend!
(September 21, 2019, 3:53 pm)We love to come here! The food is awesome! The service is always great too! We love the way they tend to us. It really makes you feel well taken care of. This place definitely knows what’s up!
Oh and if they have to threaten security on you... it’s because you are a drunken fool. Don’t listen to that one guys review. He’s a quack clearly. Lol

Chef's taste, followed by fresh bread assortment, followed by an Italian ice pallet cleanser, then your meal... An amazing staff... Spot on to-order steak. No I won't stop! Do yourself a favor and check this place out, you won't regret it. You're welcome
