Dr. Sosnowski is passionate about her work and provides knowledge and coaching that facilitate success long term. Her insight on issues often stymies other MDs. Dr. Sosnowski is highly recommended!

Thank Heavens for Dr. Jenn. I am sure I would not have made it this far without her help with my own conditions as well as my daughter with Autism. She can offer actual real solutions to resolve any health crisis. She can figure out things 99% of other physicians would be totally clueless to. She is so smart, thoughtful and up on the latest. She really listens to you and takes her time. She works so hard for her patients while being a full time Mom and wife to a very nice husband. He also helps in the practice and is there to offer any assistance as well. They are the BEST!!!

Ever get sick and tired of having to repeat all your symptoms, medications, issues and concerns when you vist your doctor? Ever frustrated at the unavailability and inaccessibility of your doctor to ask them a simple question? Not with Dr Jen! She truly cares and puts in the effort to make you feel understood and heard. She won’t rest until you are provided relief. The care Dr Jen provides is the way it SHOULD be. Once you are a patient of her’s, every other experience with a Doctor feels like a joke. No more feeling worthless and left behind by the lazy doctors who seem to busy for you. I highly recommend Dr Jen!

Dr. Sosnowski’s program was excellent! The 6 month program has a wealth of information on nutrition, exercise, healthy products, and a game plan for making life changes to be healthier.

What I learned in the program are changes I can make and sustain for long term benefits. In just the short 6 months I lost 25 lbs, gained muscle, started falling asleep easier, slept better, and have more energy throughout the day. I now have the energy to work around the house and yard work is no longer an exhausting chore, but something I can accomplish easily.

I was fortunate to participate in a cooking demo through Dr. Sosnowski's office with Chef Celia. I cant say enough positive comments about my experience with this cooking class! Chef Celia is an authentic Italian chef with over 40 years of experience...and it showed. It was amazing to hear and see how she has not only transformed herself in body and mind, but how she has transformed her authentic Italian cooking into healthy recipes that are easy to follow. She helped me learn the basics of preparing chicken in 3 different formats and provided useful and clever tips along the way. I enjoyed her fun personality and spin on being safe and smart in the kitchen. I am so excited to put into action some of the critical processes learned by watching her (especially how to properly poach eggs 😉)! Thank you Dr. Jenn for bringing such talented and knowledgeable professional to us...excited for the next class!
