It’s most important to acknowledge no job is ever perfect. However, APPC delivers the ability for the surgeon to focus on patient care while they handle the day in and day out business, logistics and marketing, that consumed the majority of my time in my previous, very successful, boutique private practice. It’s a gift to be able to transition to SonoBello and have a full schedule soon thereafter. Filling the schedule is the biggest challenge of an aesthetic practice and those who haven’t run a practice, believe it will be easy. Not so. Removing that burden has reduced my stress load significantly. As a group of 125+ surgeons you will get 200 opinions on how things should be run, so certain things may be different from how you would do it in your practice. Notwithstanding, most policies and procedures are generally well thought out and allow surgeon discretion. No system is perfect but APPC has allowed me to continue excellent patient care, for reasonable compensation, with far less stress than running my own practice.
