  I lived here for a year and half and loved it here. The only reason why I am leaving is because I am buying a house or I would re-new my lease again. The staff is very friendly and nice. They try to do events every month. I got to only go to one because I was always busy on the day they chose but it was fun the one I went to. Since I lived here they added a some nice features. They added about 20 guess parking spots and lockers that packages can be left in so they do not get left by your door when you are at work. Never had a problem with any of my neighbors and it is quiet. I would recommend this apartment to my friend.

  I am living here 3 years the property is amazing, clean, quiet, My neighbors have become family. The staff is incredible, so helpful. This would include, Olivia with her amazing friendly personality and always dedicated and very empathetic to her Tenants. , Rachelle is the assistant Manager and always ready to get thing accomplished for me, I never have to make more than one phone call. Stephanie is the sweetest. Felicia totally understands me and is very helpful when I'm having a problem. They have the best Maintenance guys, respectful and hard working, cheers to Hector, David, Gian,& Bill, they know I live alone and are always ready to give me a hand. Merry Christmas and here is to another great year, thank you all for you dedication and excellence.

  Just happily renewed my lease... love it here. Always clean and well kept. Great amenities and community activities.... Perfect North Scottsdale location, surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. The entire staff is awesome - Olivia, Felecia, Rochelle, Hector, David, Bill and Gian are all very nice and always there to help and assist! Definitely recommend!!

  My name is Michael and I’ve been at Scottsdale horizon for years and I can say that the management is been great. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Olivia in an issue I had and my experience with her was wonderful as she took the time to listen to me and made feel at ease knowing it was gonna be taken care of and she did the same day. Thank you all Olivia, Rachel and Stephanie for caring and taking the time to train your staff to make us feel like we are part of a big family here at Scottsdale Horizon.

  My dad and I love this area. The location is amazing right by the freeway. The staff is amazing, Olivia always helped us from day one. Hector and David, Gian are on site all the time to help, and each one of them are super friendly to my dog Cody and give him treats. The grass is one of my favorite parts because my dog can run around and not have to be on rocks all the time. The pools are super well kept. There are dog bags available each corner and they even got more parking spaces made recently to help with the parking issue that we had. Its my 3rd year leasing here and im so glad! Ive never seen an apartment have two bedrooms that one wasn't a master they are both the same size and each have walk in closets and bathrooms of their own, ceilings are super high tons of light, remodeled kitchens, air conditioning and heating never had an issue with, and own laundry in a room out in the balcony area. Neighbors are all super sweet too. The gym is 24 hours as well with new lockers for packages to be safe and secure. They are also always painting the buildings, installing new screens, cleaning dirt off the doorways, I could go on! Thank you Scottsdale Horizon!
