  Jules is a gentle soul with the most positive attitude and caring heart. I truly don’t think I’d have been able to accomplish the birth I wanted without her by my side, advocating for me. Her personalized touches made all the difference. She took a few photos for us during the birth of my son, wrote up a personalized birth story, visited our home personally to drop off my encapsulated placenta pills, and checked in via text/phone calls often. She served as my doula, taught our hypnobirthing class, catered to my husband throughout the labor in addition to catering to me, and provided massages and hypnotherapy sessions. She really is an incredible one woman show. She does it all! Due to her hypnobirthing lessons and hypnotherapy sessions, I was able to really hone in when it came time to labor. Jules led me through guided meditations and actually wound up getting me to sleep throughout a lot of my labor! My birth was so beautiful and exactly the way I wanted it to be, and I know that I have Jules to thank for that. We are so grateful to have had her as our doula. It was hands down the best birthing decision we made.

  To alleviate the anxiety of giving birth for the first time, I attended Jules’ 5-week hypnobirthing course with my boyfriend. The idea behind hypnobirthing really resonated with me, and I soon felt at ease and even empowered with idea of giving birth.
  
  Jules taught me how to keep a calm and positive mindset when in labor, what to pack in your bag, what to expect at the hospital, how your partner can help you during the process, what to expect if you are induced, ways to naturally encourage labor, etc. It took away a lot of my anxiety of the unknown.
  
  My boyfriend and I loved Jules so much that we knew she had to be present for the birth of our child. It was a splurge for us, and it was so worth the money. I have such fond memories of the day our son was born. Jules helped me stay focused, calm, and reassured. After I gave birth my Ob asked me for her contact info to refer other patients to because she was so impressed with her professionalism. That is such a testament to Jules’ services.
  
  I would 100% recommend Jules to anyone who is looking for some incredible support before becoming a parent, whether it is your first child or your fifth.

  Jules has become a part of my family. I am a first time mom and Jules definitely made pregnancy ten times better for me and my baby boy. The tools she gave me to prepare for birth were amazing and definitely helpful. Jules answered every text and call - no matter the time. She answered every question and made me feel confident that when it came to have my baby boy I was ready. My son was a week and two days past his due date when I went to the hospital. Jules walked me through the hole 24 hours of being in labor. She held my hand. She reiterated that I was doing great and made sure I knew everything would be okay when complications arose. My birth plan changed the day my son was born, but Jules made sure I was prepared for this beforehand. She truly loves what she does. Her compassion and love radiate! Her love for her clients and babies is unmeasurable.

  Jules was our hypnobirthing teacher & we can’t say enough good things about her! Over the 5 week course, both my husband & myself learned so much not only about how to have an incredible birth experience but also just how to prepare our minds & bodies for labor. We are so grateful for how well she shared the hypnobirthing tools with us & highly recommend her! Our birth experience was even better than we could’ve imagined & she was a huge part of that!

  We had a WONDERFUL birthing experience with Jules as our Doula. We are first time parents and had a home birth. Jules was there for the entire 46 hours of labor! She was super patient and encouraging. She helped my husband and I feel confident and comfortable throughout our entire birthing process. She made snacks and helped Push me to power walk and do my squats to keep the birthing process going! I can’t recommend Jules enough if you are looking for a calm and soothing birthing experience! Her Doula package comes with a prenatal and a postnatal massage! You will not regret your decision to hire Jules as your birthing coach! 10/10 best Doula in Phoenix (:
