When the transaction was complete Ali pulled out a card and told me that if I had any problems at all to call or text.....well I did have have an issue, and I texted him well after the shop was closed and expected to hear from him 100 miles away and not until Monday. To my surprise he responded within an hour and offered to meet me back at the shop to get me what I needed. This is a Saturday night and I didn’t buy the most expensive drone in there, but I was treated like I just spent $20k. Excellent customer service, I will go out of my way to refer people to them. Every decision I made for my insurance needs I was comfortable with...due to Mat's help and advice. Every time I have called the office after getting my policies, I have been quickly and efficiently helped by Mat or his assistant...this proves the office has the customer service AFTER the sale as well.
