(November 23, 2019, 8:26 pm)I walked in the door, introduce myself to Thomas. I informed him that I was looking for a pool table. He asked me some questions to determine what I wanted in a pool table. He walked me around the showroom. He said that he could build me a table exactly to my specifications. I told him that I wanted it before our company Christmas party. He informed me that a new build would not arrive in time for the party. I asked him what other options I might have and he said that he had a few floor models that he could have delivered and set up before Thanksgiving day. I picked a table that I would have had built if I was having one built for me. It was on the floor ready to go. I know that the favor of the Lord was with me. Our new pool table was delivered and set up today. We are playing pool today. We will be playing pool for the Christmas party. Thank you Thomas and Craig Billiards for this awesome pool table. This was a great buying experience! I would highly recommend Craig Billiards to anyone wanting something for a game room. They have many game table options.
(October 23, 2019, 1:49 am)Both Craig and Thomas we very helpful, open, honest and knew their product line. I ordered an Hudson 14' shuffleboard table and a sit down arcade game. They delivered it on time and set it up in an efficient manner. They were also available to talk on the phone with a few questions I had. So all good. I would certainly do business with Craig's Billiards again. I'm a happy customer!!

We absolutely love the pool room chairs also. We will be back!
(August 24, 2019, 1:27 pm)My wife and I were looking for our first pool table and after going to a number of stores and not finding quite the right table we stopped by Craig's Billiards.
Craig was wonderful to work with. Low pressure, very interested in finding a table that fit our needs and explained all the ins and outs of pool tables. While we didn't find what I had in mind for a table, Craig was able to custom order a table that was a good compromise between what my wife and I were looking for.
I can't say enough about Craig's professional attitude and friendly service while teaching two novices about what to look for in a pool table. If you are looking for a table be it your first or last, make Craig's your first stop!
