I work at an Insurance Agency in Syracuse NY and I have an appointment with Allen Financial, and I could not be any more impressed by Michael Delgado. He goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need, when I need it. He comes in early, works after hour's and shows his dedication to supporting the company that he represents! He is funny, nice, and a hard worker and I will continuously recommend ALL agency's to use Allen Financial for their "Special" risks in the US such as Medi Spas, Microblading, Tattoo Shops and more!!! Outstanding customer service! Last night well after business hours I received a phone call from Michael Delgado, he could have very easily just returned my email. Instead Michael took time out of his evening to call me personally and discuss my renewal. Not only did this young man call me after hours, not long after our phone call I received an email with my renewal quote... 9pm in the evening. 3 years and counting as a very impressed and happy client! Give that young man a raise because he truly is a rare gem and surely a very valuable asset to this company!
