Shane Co.

We had a great experience shopping for wedding rings at Shane Co. I initially chose them because they don’t buy diamonds from Debeers (corrupt). I also knew someone who worked there who said that the employees were treated well. Another reason I chose Shane Co. was because they are a family owned business, not a big corporation. Their family has run this business for four generations. There is a huge selection, and their sales people do not work on commission, so they are not pressuring you to buy bigger more expensive jewelry than what you are looking for. Their jewelry comes with an excellent warranty. There is a window in one section of the store where you can watch the jewelers creating/repairing jewelry. Everything is right there for you to watch. We worked with Seth, who was very thorough, polite, helpful, and professional. Thank you Seth and Shane Co. I highly recommend both.

I walked in with a vision and a budget in mind for an engagement ring. No pressure at all, took all the time I needed and let me see the different options too. Respected my budget and the most bang for my buck. Differently would recommend to anyone.

They have an excellent selection of engagement rings and bands as well colored stones. Tired of what you have purchased from their previously, no problem just trade up. I have done this several times and it's very easy. The entire staff is super nice and will work with you for hours even if you only purchase a small item. They do not work on commission and are not pushy. I have been going there for many years and I always find something to buy. Also, I just took a couple items in to be sized and checked and two items we're missing small diamonds which they are replacing for free. They also will resize for free.

Love this place. I Like that you can upgrade your jewelry. Their warranty is great. My sister lives out of town but bought her rings there 10 years ago. Their were no issues and shined it up like new.
