Ever since my truck accident in April 2006 which resulted in fractures on my right scapula, left clavicle, lumbar 1 & 5. Luckily I didn't require any surgery and it healed up correctly. I can easily throw out my back by over extending my arm by raking, vacuuming or heavy lifting while maneuvering my upper portion can cause major discomfort.
