Great company. Very professional. They do everything from bringing samples to measuring and installing. Would recommend them highly. Great product. I have shutters that were installed 20 years ago and they look new.
Matt was very helpful, and efficient in measuring the needed windows and following up to install them. When he saw that one of the installed blinds was not the right size (the manufacturer sent the wrong size), he contacted the vendor and came back to install the correct one. He also patiently listened and made the needed adjustments to another blind that I wanted slightly raised. He was courteous and willing to listen to my questions and any concerns. I would recommend his services to others.
I was nervous about creating shades in a new place during a pandemic, Scottsdable Blinds & Shutters set my mind at rest. Unlike a number of other suppliers I tried before, the process was good, and the follow-up was outstanding. If in-home service had been available, I believe I would have made a few other decisions, but in the end, I was overjoyed to finally get eye-pleasing shades. In addition, the installation was excellent. Thank you, for your excellent service!
We are so pleased with our new blinds. Greg and Serena are very professional and know their stuff. The entire process was smooth. We didn't have to wait very long for the product either. The blinds are well made and beautiful. The installer was friendly, efficient and cleaned up before he left.
My daughter first hired this company to put plantation shutters in the house she just bought. He did such an amazing job and she couldn't be happier! Then my son used him to install some window coverings in his house. And then I finally pulled the trigger and had Al install shutters in my home, and they transformed my house...so beautiful.
