Wendy is absolutely the BEST person I have trained with. She has done more for my body in a week than the 2 1/2 years of physical training I’ve been in. Wendy Graack is an amazing trainer. Her meticulous planning of workouts for her clients shows a passion for her to provide the best service possible, and her knowledge about her craft and willingness to communicate gives her gym and friendly, but professional tone. I will not go to another trainer as long as Wendy is willing to train me.

Wendy is the absolute BEST trainer in the world. I grew up working with different coaches and trainers but Wendy is by far the most knowledgeable and talented. I’ve often walked into the gym where she’s reading up on human anatomy and she directly uses that knowledge in her training sessions. She can somehow take a look at you and figure out what you need to get to where you want to be. She’s incredibly supportive and encouraging and is not one of the “yell in your face” trainers. She always always prefers good form over reps which is obviously incredibly important for injury prevention. When i first started with her i felt like i had lost so much of my athletic ability from years of not working out correctly but working out with Wendy for the last 2 years has helped me feel like an actual athlete again AND I’m down 15 lbs and gained so much muscle! She also is super knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and helps create amazing plans! Love love her can’t say enough good things!
