Floor Source

Floor Source has been our "go-to" flooring store for many years with tile, carpet and now a beautiful laminate floor in our new to us condominium. Daniel guided us helping to select the proper color and style of carpet and laminate, he made sure the sound barrier was up to the condo HOA's specifications and delivered the goods.
There was a mix-up in communications and we ended up a bit short with the carpet in a hallway (he heard laminate, I thought carpet). This particular carpet doesn't seam well, and the installer was clear about that. Daniel agreed and ordered a new piece of carpet and redid the entire bedroom at no additional cost even though we both were at fault in not communicating clearly. I offered to share the cost of the replacement carpet and Daniel said "we don't do that" and wouldn't take my extra payment. It cost us some time, and in the end the entire project turned out above our expectations.

I had a great experience having new carpet installed our salesperson Daniel was a little strong in the negotiations but that is understandable when you have material and labor involved. The carpet we chose and the installation we received was all top of the line.
