There is no other word to describe them as besides amazing! They are always so kind, eager to help, and professional on the phone! I always get off the phone with them and think gosh they are simply the best company when it comes to customer service! They also are great at communicating and always follow through with checking up on whatever you ask! I am very grateful to have a company like them especially when it comes to insurance.

I am so thrilled with the Debra Atkinson Allstate Insurance Agency. After staying with State Farm my whole life, I was nervous to switch agencies. Lee helped me find the perfect policy for my husband and me and was so patient with my many questions. He is super helpful and the team work at their office is hands-down the best! Kim and Lee both worked together to save me a significant amount of money on my plan before it renewed this fall. What amazing customer service!!! I am deeply grateful to have been an Allstate member since 2019. In August 2023, I unfortunately found myself in a total-loss car accident. It was a blessing in disguise that both the driver of the other vehicle and I managed to come out of it with only minor injuries. The incident happened on a Friday morning, and honestly, I braced myself for a long wait, not expecting a response from Allstate until the next week.

To my pleasant surprise, I received a compassionate call that very evening, around 6:30pm, from Jason, an Allstate adjuster assigned to my case. He patiently walked me through the entire claim process, setting clear expectations for the subsequent steps and swiftly arranging a rental for me. The comfort and relief his prompt assistance provided, especially in the aftermath of such a traumatic event, is indescribable.

The exemplary communication from Allstate during this period was nothing short of heartwarming. They vigilantly monitored the claim, consistently updating me, and offering lucid instructions on how I could help speed up the process. Their efficiency was evident when, by the next Wednesday, the claim was finalized, and a check was promptly dispatched to my auto loan financial institution. Remarkable!

I must also express my heartfelt appreciation to Kim Gabrielle from the Atkinson group. She was instrumental in guiding me on the next steps and providing invaluable assistance as I looked into options for my next vehicle. Learning that I qualified for accident forgiveness, given that I hadn’t filed a claim for three years, was the silver lining in this ordeal. Words might fall short in conveying the tumultuous emotions I felt during this period, but the unwavering support from Allstate was a beacon of hope. Truly, with Allstate, you're not just in good hands— you're in the best hands.

My insurance agent Kim Gambrel from this office has provided so many years of top notch service since we have been with Allstate. She has manage to negotiate a settlement of overpriced water damage recovery services as well as most recently having a hand in getting me reimbursed for damages that were done to my car during a windshield replacement where the company doing the work was flat-out refusing to pay for the damages, $250 out of pocket. Anytime I have any questions or needs regarding insurance, Kim has always been one phone call or email away with the info. Thank you so much, you are truly the very best insurance agent I have ever had. I would recommend Kim to any of my friends, family, or co-workers on a heartbeat!

Kim is the absolute BEST insurance agent I’ve ever had. She has helped more times than I count with such ease and swiftness it always amazes me. She has solved every problem I’ve had or has guided me with precise instructions on what I need to do to solve it. I would recommend her 12/10 times!!
