(November 21, 2020, 8:01 am)Company was responsive and prompt. Office person was polite and had answers for me. I love that they’re mobile. Several other places I called required me to bring the cart in, which isn’t realistic for me. The tech that came out went over my new-to-me old cart, took care of a bunch of deferred maintenance issues, and identified issues that need to be dealt with. Highly recommended!
