AZ MediQuip - Scottsdale

I had to move my husband to assisted living on short notice. I went to the Scottsdale store seeking solutions for multiple equipment needs. Lucy listened to my long list of requirements & understood my need for short turn around & delivery. She came through for us on every item. All of my questions & calls were answered promptly & delivery/setup was smooth as silk. In addition to Lucy, every person I dealt with including other store personnel & delivery people were attentive, professional & friendly. My experience with AZ MediQuip was 5 star all the way!

Took my mom to the home and garden show. I was so happy to to meet Evan and the rest of the staff. Evan meet us halfway in the parking lot with a scooter for my mom it was hero like. Mom was able to see all the vendors and enjoy a day out feel quite independent. We will be going to the store near our house this coming week to see about getting mom her own scooter. Again everyone was so helpful and understanding

AZ MediQuip has come through for me a number of times. We bought a power lift chair for my Dad, and have had to replace the power remote 3 times. They have always been able to find what I need. Staff is awesome and always have a smile on their faces.

AZ MediQuip carries a variety of home health products. I have rented hospital beds from them and purchased other medical supplies. Today, I needed a cast shoe. Their product was of better quality than the one I received from my surgeon. I've been very pleased with the quality and prices of their merchandise.

Taylor is wonderful!! Having to prepare our home with the necessary equipment for a loved one with recent mobility limitations has been an emotional and overwhelming process, but Taylor’s sweet disposition, kindness and patience helped me feel informed and confident during these difficult times. Thanks Taylor, you were a pleasure to work with and made this the positive experience I really needed after all the stress lately!
