The workers here are super clean and very polite I recommend this place to everyone for their musical needs
While the local guitar store didn’t have a Cello string this cool little music store had just the right string for my daughters instrument here in Scottsdale. Alex was friendly enough to replace the string for me as well. Yes! Now I can finally have my daughter play for me again!!
Fantastic music with knowledgeable staff especially Alex. So if you need advice on guitars then he is the man.
The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed quickly. Service that made you want to spend your money there. For late on a Sunday with an "emergency" before the first day of band I am glad I drive 20 miles to this shop, and I will gain.
I recently purchased a record player that had been in storage for decades and had parts that would need to be replaced so, I went to Music & Arts hoping to find somebody knowledgeable about turntables. While there I met Rusty, an employee, he informed me that his co-worker, Matt, was very experienced with turntables and vinyl but, he would be on his lunch break for 30 min. During that time Rusty and I played ukulele and talked about how we were introduced to the instruments we played. When Matt return from his lunch break he seemed excited to check out the record player that I had brought. He was able to show me what parts I would need to replace and even taught me how to set it up properly. I could tell he was very passionate about the subject and was more than happy to teach me. Everyone there was kind and like-minded which created a very welcoming environment, great for anybody interested in learning a new instrument.
