Made an appointment through the Apple website and was helped right as I got there. Had a few issues with my MacBook charging and they were able to take a look and find a solution within 20 minutes of me walking in. Definitely visit them if you have any problems as I've never had a bad experience.

I've been using these guys for around 5 years now. They are AWESOME. Erik has done office visits for my small business while Jake is super helpful with quick questions in the store. They're experts with Apple and very nice. I highly recommend!

This review was a hard pill to swallow, I wanted to leave a -1 star and protest the building before coming in and speaking with the manager who clearly cared more about my situation than I realized needed cared for. I had a very bad experience with apple and a warranty that never got used, along with a phone/ shipping/ and communication problem. Throughout the entire experience, the general manager ( blonde gentleman) took amazing care of me, let me get my piece of frustration out, and did the best he could for me. In a world full of people like me, there needs to be more people like the general manager at Mac, media. Thank you for everything you’ve done, I wish this review was as sincere as the apology you deserve. Thank you for being an exceptional influence to your company, and thank you for making even the angriest customer a returning regular.
